Mastery Course on Community Strategy Management
A deeper dive into the key concepts (about 12 hours)
- The Mastery Course is an elective course and only a few from the average group will participate

Monthly 90-minute interactive content workshop
Work with Bill Barberg to apply the eLearning content for that month on specific content related to your selected Topic. This session walks through examples of the techniques and the work of selected coalitions, creating an experiential learning process and the ability to learn from others.
Monthly 90-minute theory and technique workshop on Community Strategy Management Techniques (Optional)
This workshop builds on the content from the “Mastery Course” and allows participants to get coaching on the strategy management techniques that can be used to significantly improve any collective impact effort.

Individualized Coaching Sessions
Focused coaching on your topic. Each coalition will select a topic for the program. Over the 12-month program, participating coalitions will receive six hours of Bill Barberg’s time to help them work on the details of their specific topic.
Supplemental Coaching Sessions
Participants will receive more support than ever before. Additional Consultants will work with you to help ensure you’re on track and are up to speed each step of the journey. These additional hours will make a big impact on the quality and quantity of time you WON’T spend on tasks. They’ll be available to ease the difficult spots and help overcome hurdles.
Office Hours
Bill Barberg schedules monthly “Office Hours” just like your professor did in college. This provides an extra opportunity where you can have Bill answer your specific questions
Peer Discussions
There will most likely be other coalitions working on the same issues as your coalition. We will assist in facilitating these meetings between workshops so peer to peer knowledge transfer, and comradery can occur.
