This webinar will share how InsightFormation's Community Strategy Engagement Accelerator for 2023 (CSEA-23) will simplify, speed and improve the process of health departments and their community partners as they do their assessments and then develop State Health Improvement Plans (SHIPs) or Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIPs).

While every state's SHIP and local CHIP should be unique, based on the needs, priorities, and partners, there is a LOT of excellent content for SHIPs and CHIPs that can be borrowed, shared, and re-used. InsightFormation can help you create a much more effective SHIP or CHIP by leveraging high-quality templates, strategy maps, measures, action plans, and examples of high-value partnerships.

Bill Barberg, who will be presenting the webinar, was recruited by the Public Health Foundation to write the chapter on "Implementing Population Health Strategies" for the book, "Solving Population Health Problems through Collaboration" (Routledge, 2017). He is a globally respected expert on Collective Impact and community strategy engagement.

The CSEA-23 program is a 12-month LEARNING and DOING program that only takes a few hours each month. In the process, your team of participants from the health department and the communities, will gain valuable skills and also build out the details of one small part of your overall SHIP or CHIP. All of the participating health departments will have access to all the content created by other participants--as well as content from past InsightFormation clients. It not only saves time but gives you a SHIP or CHIP that is designed for successful implementation.

This 30-minute webinar will have 20 minutes of presentation plus time for Q&A.
